Sumari:This work systematically develops a Computable General Equilibrium Model as a macroeconomic analysis tool within the Ecuadorian Economic System, which, together with its respective Social Accounting Matrix, is used to represent the interrelationships and behavior of all its economic agents, in such a way so that it is possible to evaluate the different variations in tariff policies given the setting of scenarios that would lead to the execution of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with the United States. Likewise, in order to obtain real and useful results from the simulation of the model's confractual equilibria, the Maximum Entropy Estimation of the CES and CET parameters that characterize the opening of the Ecuadorian Economy within the FTA negotiation, considering the preceding behavior and time course of GDP, Exports, Imports and other variables of interest.
