This study puts in perspective the labor dynamics of gender in Ecuador, emphasizing the evolution of labor conditions in terms of stability and labor participation, as well as other factors that intervene in the access to the labor market, as a fundamental step to contextualize institutional efforts and identify pending challenges of gender equality. |
