| 要約: | This text concerns a part of research carried out in 2019 in Marechal Cândido Rondon, Paraná. In this municipality, annually, 20 culinary or gastronomic feasts take place in the various rural communities, occasions that involve many residents of these communities in the logistics of organizing and preparing the food to be served. The objective was to investigate, analyze and record the limits and potential of the aforementioned feasts, which, due to their importance for the municipality and its inhabitants, can be considered as an intangible heritage of the local food culture, through the parties that take place in rural communities. . It is important to reflect that, despite some modifications and adaptations, over the years, the feasts studied continue to be reproduced, as well as the dishes considered typical, albeit with changes in the ingredients. If they are not the best in terms of nutrition and the use of products from local family farming, they still remain a category of traditional festivals. |
