La desventura de ser soltero: introducción a la sociología rural de Pierre Bourdieu

This article explores the Bourdieu’s methodology about French rural society. Far from being an apology of Pierre Bourdieu’s book “Le bal des célibataires”, this is a critical reflection which retrieves some relevant subjects for the research of contemporary Andean rural society.
