Description
Summary:The research presented aims to describe the academic engagement assumed in the face of an expanded educational experience mediated by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) from university students' perceptions. Fifty-six university students participated in the study, who agreed to answer a questionnaire made up of open questions referring to three axes, promotion of engagement, ICT, and future teaching practices. Students perceive the experience as novel and with features associated with the promotion of engagement, ubiquitous and unplanned learning with implications for teacher training. It concludes on the importance of expanding educational contexts to enhance university students' interest, participation, and agency.
