Regarding key results, there was a significant difference between the measurements under analysis, where the mean increased, first, pairwise, and then among the three as a whole. Students increased their motivation as the course progressed, and from a metacognitive perspective, they consciously and creatively adjusted their self-assessment. |

La metodología utilizada fue la cuantitativa, tomando de la rama descriptiva los estadísticos de tendencia central y de dispersión, así como los gráficos de Violín y de la inferencial, los test comparaciones. En cuanto a resultados fundamentales, existió diferencia significativa entre las mediciones objeto de análisis, donde la media fue en dirección creciente, primero, dos a dos; y luego, entre las tres de conjunto.
