סיכום:The objective of the titling work is to analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence and work performance at the directing level of a public company in Quito. The research is quantitative, has a correlational scope and its design is non-experimental and transversal since the data will only be collected for a specific time. The TMMS-24 test and the performance evaluation of the Ministry of Labor will be used as a measure. It is evident that if there is a relationship between performance and emotional intelligence and more of employees with a high level of responsibility. It is concluded that a good level of emotional intelligence positively influences the work performance.
