Résumé:Ergonomic problems constitute a disadvantage in the health of the operating personnel of a food company. Accordingly, several studies in kitchen workers determined that they present lumbar and neck discomfort. The purpose of this study is to determine the main ergonomic risk factors associated with the working conditions of the company is operating personnel. For this study, a convenience sample of 230 operational workers kitchen assistants and messengers of a food company was used, through the Nordic Questionnaire it was possible to evidence which were the ergonomic risk factors that have the highest prevalence in the work performance of the workers.
