Özet:In the present business plan, the feasibility and viability of the implementation about production of an ice cream beer flavored for hotels and catering services in the city of Quito. Through PEST methodology and Michael Porter's five competitive forces, the analysis shows a favorable environment and a growing industry. Second, in the customer analysis, qualitative and quantitative research was conducted to measure customer purchase intent. The business opportunity of this project is based on the differentiation with a focus that it has on its clients, by focusing on direct and exclusive distribution to hotels and catering services in northern Quito, whose market is 171 companies. The project is constituted as a Limited Liability Company called ICE BEER CREAM, whose mission is to provide a new culinary experience, in order to increase its market share in the next five years. Finally, in the financial evaluation, it was determined that the project is feasible since the IRR of the project and the investor is greater than its discount rates, the NPV has a positive value and the recovery of the investment is expected within 4 years.
