Summary:This research contains formulation development and design of an agro industrial plant for the products manufacture based on tree tomato (Solanum betaceum), they have been selected on a range of potential sub products. The first chapter describes general agriculture crop and major production areas at national and international level. It also has a framework of previous studies on the agro industrial potential of this fruit Through a market survey found in Chapter 2, products with higher demand and acceptance are determined through poll results. Analysis of the forces of Porter, as well as SWOT analysis was done. In the third chapter will determine which the best products for production are using a decision matrix that considers the following factors: production costs, availability of raw materials and machinery technical development and consumer demand.
