The idea of offering cupcakes was originated two years ago as a family business with the name of Lua Cupcakes, available only by request. However, the clients demand was not only having these cupcakes by request but also at a local store. This demand turned around the initial business model and forced it to transform and renew itself to fully satisfy its customers. Lua Cupcakes and Coffee is looking to offer an innovative cafeteria service, so the customers could be served in different geographic sites of the north of Quito, as their convenience. In addition, to serve a healthier product without affecting its quality and its traditional flavor, and finally to serve the customer at a newfangled place, a bus structure internally and externally remodeled as a cafeteria. In this way, the customers can enjoy the products inside the bus or make an express order and continue their way. Lua Cupcakes and Coffee is an innovative idea in the city of Quito, looking for a complete customer satisfaction and become a profitable and pioneer business in Ecuador. |
