It is often observed that nursing interventions in cardiopulmonary resuscitation are not satisfactory fulfilled. So on investigation was carried to analyze the level of knowledge of the RCP to the professionals of nursing, in the hospital emergency service “Un canto a la Vida” and according to the results obtained a plan was proposed to improve nursing care in the face of the problem. In the guide AHA 2015 use taxonomy of care systems that pivots RCP actors For the study the descriptive method was used, allowing the detailed description of the phenomena, situations and events as they are related to the properties, characteristics profiles of the nurses and nurses who participated in the research. Data were collected through a survey developed according to the objectives and the operationalization of the hypothesis in nurses working in the emergency service.
