Summary:The present work of investigation titled the playful activities in the development of the significant learning in the area of mathematics; with that we look for one more alternative for the development of the education - learning in the classrooms. One of the problems of major incident is the lack of the application of playful activities, for endear lack of motivation and interest that the students put in the hours of class, many cases the lack of methodologies that help to develop the yemas of class does that the students sit down desmotivados to the moment to realize significant learnings. On the other hand the inflexibility with which the topics develop, trying in the possible thing to memorize the knowledge as way of learning We gather a theoretical frame where the playful activities will serve to develop contents of the area of mathematics in which the student must be investigative, self-critical, a promoter of democratic values, critique to transform his environment is to say creator of his own knowledge. An analysis of questions on the use and usefulness of the playful activities like part of the educational process in the development of significant learnings. For the present investigation example was in use some methods of investigation the descriptive one, the same one that each of the variables allowed us to describe, to apply some instruments to the investigated population and to obtain conclusions and recommendations, you spoil them that they will serve for the production of the offer.
