Summary:It is necessary to know the problems that virtual education currently generates for face-to-face educational return in the subject of mathematics, under these criteria it has been raised as a topic: Virtual education in the teaching-learning process compared to face-to-face education. -face the educational return in the Mathematics subject in the 4th year EGB students parallel "A" of the García Moreno School of Basic Education Bolívar province San Miguel canton San Pablo de Atenas parish during the academic period September 2021-July 2022 problem raised How does education influence the teaching-learning process compared to face-to-face educational return in the subject of mathematics in 4th year EGB students parallel "A" of the García Moreno Basic Education School, Bolívar province, San Miguel canton, San Pablo parish of Athens during the academic period September 2021- July 2022? with a general objective of identifying the problems that arise during the teaching-learning process in the subject of mathematics due to the return to the pre-specialty, in children of the 4th year of the EGB parallel "A" of the García Moreno Basic Education School, of which specific objectives were designed for the advancement of activities, such as collecting information on virtual education in the teaching-learning process in the subject of mathematics compared to face-to-face educational return in reliable sources; Diagnose the difficulties that have arisen during the teaching-learning process through a survey and interview with the focus group (teachers, students); Implement teaching resources to improve the teaching-learning processes of mathematics. The study is based on two models of virtual education and face-to-face education, using concepts as a basis to illustrate research and real school data in the teaching and learning of mathematics as a reference. A descriptive, field and bibliographic work is applied, the methods used in the process are inductive, deductive, historical, transversal, the universe and a sample of 1 teacher and 25 students between the techniques and tools of data collection, surveys and interviews. For data processing. The analysis and interpretation of the results were converted into graphs and statistical tables, which indicates that the teacher does not tend to obtain new didactic materials so that her students learn from new didactic knowledge. It is concluded that the teachers and students do not have the necessary materials, and the classes must be interactive and interact in the classroom, they must enrich the knowledge of the management of the didactic means, since the teacher uses traditional instruments.
