Sumari:The few socio-economic impact measurement strategies are limiting, which have had repercussions on the housing projects carried out by the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing of the Canton Guaranda, Province of Bolívar in the period 2013 - 2014. As a hypothesis, were the housing projects of the Ministry Of Urban Development and Housing of Canton Guaranda, Provincial Bolívar, in the period from 2013 to 2014, had a socioeconomic impact on the beneficiaries? After the investigation was obtained as a finding that there is an inadequate management in the housing projects generating dissatisfaction in the beneficiaries. Where the MIDUVI delivered sixty-eight homes to the Canton Guaranda families in this period of research through three programs: Urban Housing Program where nineteen families benefited, the National Housing and Habitat Risk Program Seven families, with the National Social Housing Program forty-two families benefited in the parish of San Luis de Pambil. Discovering that of the total of these houses built twenty-two of forty-two belong to the urbanization called "Narcisa de Jesus" the same ones that do not have the basic services, despite this ten of twenty-two houses in the same Are being inhabited, have preferred to go to live where relatives, in some cases continue to live the same life as before.
