Gaia:This paper measured the impact of talent management on employee productivity at the IESS base hospital in Guaranda, Bolivar province. To achieve this objective, qualitative and quantitative methods were used to collect data on talent management practices and employee perceptions of job performance. The results showed a significant correlation between the effective implementation of talent management strategies and the productivity observed in the hospitals. The results highlighted the importance of a holistic approach to human resource management that goes beyond simple policies and aims to suggest work environments conducive to employees' professional and personal development. Specific areas for improvement in this area were also identified. To meet these needs, several strategies have been proposed to optimize talent management processes and practices. These strategies aim to encourage greater employee commitment, increase job satisfaction and ultimately improve the quality of care provided to the population by the service of the Hospital Basic IESS Guaranda.
