Gaia:The thesis project encompasses all information collected for the development of System Admin System Version 1.0, document analysis regarding the needs that St. Joseph the Worker Church in the processes of managing sacraments, catechesis, resources described economic, property and agenda. For this purpose, we used the main research techniques to obtain information such as: interviews, observation of administrative processes in order to meet requirements for system operation and sampling documentation, database existing in order to determine the appropriate modules for application development, analysis and structured design methodology was applied. Open Source: Centos 5.6 operating system languages: For application development the following tools will be needed PHP, JavaScript, HTML, Ajax; PostgreSQL database manager, manager PhpPGAdmin data base, facilitating the development and management of information effectively and safely. By implementing Admin System Version 1.0, times are reduced arrange sacraments, catechesis, financial resources, goods and agenda, while it facilitates the priest, secretary consultation of information related to the Catholic people, catechetical and students catechism in activities provided by the church; allowing the optimization of time and effort.
