Özet:In this research project it is proposed to use role-playing games in order to improve the autonomy of children in early education of the Intercultural Bilingual Educational Unit “Huayna Capac”, it was identified that it is essential to enhance the autonomy of children, as it involves skills and abilities such as: making decisions, socializing with their environment, strengthening hygiene habits, having the ability to solve simple problems, in addition to achieving independence when performing any action in their daily lives. It has been seen that the teaching - learning in the initial environment, is done in a playful way, since the child while, explore, integrate with peers in their environment, learn in a more meaningful way learning, which is why the need to implement role-playing games which provide the kindergarten teacher, It is considerable to affirm that children improve each of these skills through spaces or corners in which they can develop with complete freedom, without forgetting that through playful activities children successfully build their interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence.
