Considering that the integral reparation has the purpose of compensating the damages caused to the extent possible, in this investigation it is intended to analyze the current mechanisms of integral reparation in the crimes of rape and to determine what are the shortcomings in the criminal procedural system in this sense the research question arises as the mechanisms of integral reparation affect the crimes of rape in the Canton San Miguel province of Bolívar. Justice administrators are only based on the pecuniary reparation measure beyond imposing a symbolic measure, the methodology used for this study has focused on the descriptive method through the exploratory methodology, supported by the inductive legal method to obtain real data on the reparation measures. This investigation aims to establish why the Justice operators limit themselves to applying the comprehensive economic reparation measure beyond the psychological rehabilitation of the victims. |
