| Zusammenfassung: | The present research focuses on non-economic work incentives to improve talent retention at the Transportation Company "Divino Niño-TAXDIVIN S.A." located in Guaranda, Ecuador. The company faces significant challenges related to high employee turnover and a poor organizational culture, which negatively impact the motivation and commitment of its employees. The main objective of the study is to develop an incentive model that enhances staff retention through effective strategies based on the specific needs of the company. To achieve this goal, the following specific objectives have been established: theoretically substantiate the variables related to talent retention, diagnose the current situation of the company in terms of work incentives, and design an action plan tailored to the identified conditions. The methodology includes a detailed analysis of the organizational context and the Ecuadorian labor environment, as well as a SWOT analysis to identify opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses related to talent retention in the company. The findings reveal that the lack of adequate incentives and a weak organizational culture are the main causes of employee dissatisfaction and high turnover. The study proposes a set of non-economic strategies, such as improving working conditions, strengthening organizational culture, and implementing integration and recognition activities. |
