JUZGAMIENTO EN AUSENCIA DE DELITOS IMPRESCRIPTIBLES CONTRA LA ADMINISTRACIÓN PÚBLICA EN CONTRADICCIÓN AL DEBIDO PROCESO
El juzgamiento en ausencia se produce en aquellos casos en los cuales no existe la presencia física del acusado en la audiencia de juicio, debiendo el juez motivadamente declarar el estado de ausencia del procesado.
