Summary:The importance of designing a GUI interactive technology resources for teachers is helpful in the process of learning and teaching to be updated at tecnológicos.El resource management objective is to benefit the interactive guide for teachers and managers School of Chemical Engineering ,to get teachers to personally updated since the guide is easy to use,with which teachers will be more efficient in the management of technology resources that exist in the mode Facultad.La research thesis is feasible due to its high degree of literature and field research with field test, which will impact on teachers , students and managers Facultad.Es descriptive,and explanatory,its purpose is not limited to the data collection, but the prediction and identification of the relationships between the three variables of the investigation and is generalized through the population.The population studied at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering was 102 teachers representing 95.33 % to 5 managers accounting for 4.67% .The independent variable of the thesis is technological resources used by teachers and as dependent variables we optimize the learning process and guía.Como main conclusion is that teachers do not use technology resources in the teaching process and learning and therefore tested the hypothesis of the need to design an interactive guide for teachers on using technology resources that benefit the educational community of the Faculty.
