Semestre, en base al proyecto ‘‘Construyendo una cultura de la diversidad’’, ejecutado en la escuela de educación básica particular #485. La experiencia sistematizada es acerca de las actitudes del profesorado frente a la inclusión de niños con necesidades educativas especiales. El eje de sistematización consistió en ¿Cuáles son los instrumentos de mayor pertinencia para la evaluación de las actitudes del profesorado frente a la educación inclusiva?, cuyo objetivo fue contribuir a la reflexión teórica a partir de los conocimientos surgidos directamente de la experiencia práctica, con la finalidad de encontrar nueva información que contribuya al proceso formativo para ayudar a futuras investigaciones y proyectos relacionados. Para esto se utilizó la modalidad de sistematización de experiencias, desde un enfoque descriptivo cualitativo. En el apartado de reflexión crítica a partir de la práctica se analizó el contexto, evidenciando cambios en los horarios establecidos y la ausencia del DECE, además se interpretó como actitud negativa el recelo de las profesoras de la institución. Finalmente, se detalla el proceso de evaluación y se realiza el análisis de la pregunta eje de acuerdo con los criterios seleccionados para evaluar los instrumentos utilizados en la evaluación de las actitudes del profesoradoThe main objective of this degree work is to systematize the experience of the Pre-Professional Practices of the 8th. Semester, based on the project ‘‘ Building a culture of diversity ’’, carried out at private basic education school # 485. The systematized experience is about the teachers' attitudes towards the inclusion of children with special educational needs. The axis of systematization consisted of What are the most relevant instruments for the evaluation of teachers' attitudes towards inclusive education?, Whose objective was to contribute to theoretical reflection based on the knowledge directly derived from practical experience, with the purpose of finding new information that contributes to the training process to help future research and related projects. For this, the experience systematization modality was used, from a qualitative descriptive approach. In the critical reflection section from the practice, the context was analyzed, showing changes in the established schedules and the absence of DECE, and the suspicion of the teachers of the institution was also interpreted as a negative attitude.
