This research aims to determine the application of project-based learning through the use of storyboards to improve reading skills. The methodology applied in the research has been of a mixed approach, which represents a set of systematic, empirical, and critical research processes and involves the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, as well as their integration and joint discussion. Among the main conclusions, children have a reading comprehension regardless of the length of the texts, although they can understand some of the words presented, so the implementation of storyboards can be enhanced to achieve better performance, and integral development.
