The study was carried out in two phases, the first to carry out a documentary study for the basic theory of this in the second phase, a field investigation was applied, collecting information with surveys, which were applied in the province of El Oro. Results obtained indicate that there are notorious conflicts during working days, agglomeration of activities and confusion on the part of the employees. |
