Public policies have been implemented that have been taken as examples of other countries, without considering the real needs of the city, as is the case of "Pico y Placa", used in the Federal District of Mexico, and Bogota, and instead of solving the problem, have enabled the families of economic and high estratos, acquire one or more vehicles, in the same way, the resources invested by the municipalities for the control and regulation of traffic are becoming higher. |
