Description
Résumé:Organizational commitment is commonly defined as a psychological link between the employee and the organization for which he or she works (Kuo, 2013), this link would make it less likely that the employee voluntarily leaves his or her job. The organizational commitment would be related to the behavior and attitudes of the worker towards the company, which is why it is one of the most studied constructs. This article will make a literary study between the relationship in the psychological contract and the organizational commitment.
