| الملخص: | Educational inclusion also includes the cultural diversity that our country represents its ethnic richness. This research analyzes how intercultural education improves the process of educational inclusion in regular institutions in which different cultures such as mestizos, Afro-descendants and indigenous people converge in various urban sectors of Guayaquil. Although it is true that we are currently moving towards an inclusive culture, there is still much to improve, because only a minority of decent people in educational institutions have the knowledge and strategies for inclusive classroom care, this generates some consequences such as conflicts between students, indifference or rejection of ethnic minorities………… |
