要約:This research work aims to guide and motivate teachers to develop their skills to meet emotional/behavioral needs, with workshops to work on topics such as assertive communication, awareness of inclusion cases and others. The theoretical foundations on the subject are presented, as well as considerations about the importance of teacher training for intervention in young people with emotional/behavioral needs. The methodology used had a mixed approach, of a descriptive type, employing as procedures the search for bibliographic information, with the application of techniques such as the interview with the coordinator of the Department of Student Counseling and the rector, the survey of teaching staff, where it could be concluded that teachers do not have total knowledge of the cases of inclusion at their level, in addition to not knowing strategies to intervene in cases of affective/behavioral needs.
