Influencia del aprendizaje invisible en la calidad del proceso de evaluación

The systems of evaluation in higher education stipulated by the regulatory institutions are intended, among others, to guide the student with the evaluation towards the appropriation of knowledge and the development of skills, attitudes and values. From this perspective, studying the influence of other learning, such as the invisible, the quality of the integral evaluation process, is the central question of this investigation; which, through its specific objectives, aims to identify invisible learning declared in programs and resources such as technology. The objective is to establish quality standards in the evaluation process. The research was developed in the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Education Sciences of the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil (UCSG). With a population made up of principals and students; applying a non-probabilistic sample to 92 students of the four careers. The methodology used was descriptive, collecting the information through interviews and questionnaires. The findings found validated the need for a comprehensive and systemic evaluation, as well as learning that includes new trends or didactics. As a result of the research, a system of quality indicators was designed for the integral evaluation of the Faculty under study, divided into 4 categories and with 10 indicators. Questions for the established items were also developed, being able to be included in the 360º evaluation used by the institution, as well as the evaluation model of the classroom management of the evaluation system used in the UCSG.
