总结: | In this research, the family nucleus and the learning of seventh-grade students of the primary general education “Hispanoamérica” Educational Unit in Riobamba City were addressed during the academic year 2023-2024. It was emphasized that the family constituted the essential foundation in the learning process of their sons and daughters. Education began at home, where parents instilled values to ensure quality and warmth in education. The research arose from concern about families’ lack of active participation in their children’s education, observed in professional practices. It was recognized that this absence of parental involvement has a negative impact on academic performance and students’ attitudes towards learning. Therefore, it was essential to understand and address this situation to promote active family participation in their children’s educational process and improve the quality of education. The purpose of the research project was to analyze the influence of the family nucleus on student learning. It involved the family’s active participation in the educational sphere and its relationship with their sons and daughters. The methodology used was a mixed approach involving collecting statistical data through surveys and interviews. It was carried out with a non-experimental, descriptive, field, basic, bibliographic design, and instruments such as surveys for children and an interview with the teacher with respective questions, tables, and graphs for analysis and interpretation of results were applied. The objectives achieved led to the formulation of conclusions that highlighted the importance of family relationships and strong and positive bonds, which significantly impacted academic performance and motivation to participate in the educational process. Activities designed to be shared within the family were proposed to be implemented in the institution to strengthen the family nucleus. |
