Their empirical knowledge is not enough to face situations in which the rules of hospitality are used in order to achieve customer satisfaction. What justifies the development of this research, with its main objective is “DESIGN A HOSPITALITY HANDBOOK FOR THE FIRST CLASS HOSTELS IN RIOBAMBA CITY." Developing the Hospitality Handbook according to the needs and deficiencies detected in customers; in which the General and Specific Hospitality Standards for departments that have direct contact with customers are described and, adapt the handbook to the process of services offered by hostels. This research is made up of 5 chapters developed as follows: The first chapter provides the Guiding framework, the second chapter consists of the Theoretical Framework, in the third chapter we find the Methodological framework used to carry out the research, the fourth chapter includes conclusions and recommendations, and finally the fifth chapter ends up with the bibliography and appendices. |
