Shrnutí: | Technological development has transformed teaching-learning processes; teachers can create proposals and educational resources online. The creation of digital murals constitutes an option as a complement to learning in the classroom, using the applications provided by ICT, constituting a basis for collaborative learning and the development of student creativity. Traditionally, paper or cardboard is used on which images are placed, graphics attractive to peers, less interactive, and more traditional. The study aims to propose digital murals as a cooperative learning strategy in the Social Studies subject in ninth year EGB students at the UEI Liceo Iberoamericano. The methodology has a mixed, exploratory, documentary, and field study approach, the design is not experimental, crosssectional, or descriptive in scope. The study sample consisted of 25 students and one teacher to whom a survey and an interview were applied. The survey findings show that 52% agreed that teachers use digital murals in the Social Studies subject, 32% agreed that digital murals favor the learning of the Social Studies subject, and 44% learned interactively through images, videos, and audio. The socialization developed according to the interview with teachers improves professional skills for using digital tools to create educational resources and innovative learning strategies. |
