| Ամփոփում: | Neuro-linguistic programming provides educators with the advantage of understanding what motivates students and adapting their teaching methods to meet student's needs. This highlights the importance of teachers stimulating the senses using different techniques to achieve meaningful learning. The objective of this study is to analyze whether neuro-linguistic programming influences the development of literacy skills in tenth-grade students of Basic General Education at the "Pedro Vicente Maldonado" Educational Unit, considering the significant role that neurolinguistics plays in today's learning styles to enhance student skills. Therefore, this research analysis will be highly beneficial for the academic field. The research followed a quantitative approach involving data correlation and statistical analysis of the collected information. The research design is non-experimental and descriptive. The information was analyzed after applying the questionnaire technique using the survey instrument, concluding that neurolinguistics significantly impacts literacy skills development. This is because teachers use different learning styles, such as visual, auditory, and kinesthetic, making the learning process holistic and ensuring that students read and write effectively.
