“EFECTO DEL LAST PLANNER SYSTEM EN LA PRODUCTIVIDAD TOTAL DE LOS FACTORES EN PROYECTOS DE OBRAS VIALES”

The Last Planner System or System is a tool of Lean construction for the management of projects that allows to plan and control the work flow to optimize resources. On the other hand the Total Productivity of the Factors (PTF) is an indicator that is used in processes where several productive factors intervene like manpower, materials, machinery and equipment, it represents the productive efficiency with which a factor unit is used, it is say the result of the quotient between what is earned and what is spent. In research carried out, SUP has been implemented in homes, bridges, hospitals and buildings. However, there has not been much information about its application in road works projects, nor about the measurement of TFP, which is why the effect of the SUP in the three factors of production, in the construction of roads. The purpose of this research is to verify the effect of the Last Planner System on the Total Productivity of the Factors, in order to achieve this objective, it was implemented until the fifth activity of the SUP in a road work project and indicators of compliance with the planning were measured. the productivity of the three productive factors, by calculating the quotient between what is spent and what is earned from each of them, expressed as a percentage, for the effect data was collected on site. The analysis of the data showed that the Last Planner System improves the Total Productivity of the Factors, that is to say of the manpower, materials, machinery and equipment.
