La calidad en el servicio y su incidencia en la fidelización del cliente en la unidad de balnearios del GADM Baños de Agua Santa.

This research was carried out with the purpose of demonstrating if the quality in the service, affects customer loyalty in the “Unidad de Balneario del GADM Banos de Agua Santa”. The investigation is constituted by five chapters which are shown. FIRST CHAPTER: The first chapter is composed of the referential framework, which integrates the problem statement, problem formulation, general objective, and specific objectives and justification. SECOND CHAPTER: This consists of the theoretical framework, which contains background and the theoretical foundation, jointly the first unit that covers the generalities of the company, the second unit refers to the quality in the service and finally the third unit as regards customer loyalty client. THIRD CHAPTER: The methods used for the present investigation are detailed, the type of research used, the processing information, the analysis, and interpretation of results. FOURTH CHAPTER: This is made up of the conclusions and recommendations of the research. Finally, the results can be linked to the problems posed at the beginning of the research. FIFTH CHAPTER: In this chapter is formed by the offer or proposal of the theme, which consists on proposing strategies that allow the company to have a greater loyalty, in this is detailed in a clear and concise way the objective for all members in what time it will take place, the person in charge.
