| Summary: | ECUAGESA S.A. is a company dedicated to the operation of the Topo hydroelectric plant, this hydroelectric plant is a pass-through plant, so, it captures part of the flow of the Topo River to conduct it through its main structures. In this researching project, the description of the study facilities was made with the information that the company has, to then identify the dangers so that the operational risks are identified, this with the help of the Ishikawa tool with the following parameters; human error, generation systems, environment and material. Subsequently, through the construction of an operational risk matrix, the INSHT methodology being a guide and taking into account criticality analysis and MEIPEE methodology for its assessment, the critical situations and elements that directly affect the production processes were established, to raise the plans. of action necessary for each of them, in order to reduce the response time to possible contingencies. In addition, the infrastructure, resources, spare parts, equipment and logistics systems of the plant were analyzed, in order to form the support administration, in which the functions that each of the members that make up this group will have will be described. The design of the developed contingency plan will serve as a tool capable of anticipating, solving and reducing response times in the presence of the various operational risk factors, which are the causes for stopping energy production. |
