סיכום:Is a document that present the problem in speech development in the learning process of reading and writing, educational programs in Ecuador arise as a state policy and the community in response to the complexity of educational problems encouraging critical analysis improving reflective aimed in the process of reading and writing in students gradually, and increase the compression levels of oral and written language. We began the work with the problem statement, objectives, determining variables and instruments for data collection; which it was tabulated, processed and analyzed by the percentage method, supported by the theoretical framework and considering conclusions and the recommendations. In the theoretical scientific framework it is described some issues related to the problems of Dyslalia that are essential to know in the development of the child. Within the determination of independent and dependent variables were considered. Population of this study is formed by students (5 to 6 years), enrolled in the first year of Basic Education of the Educational Unit “Santo Tomás Apóstol” in the city of Riobamba, along this research was intended to address the importance of related topic Dyslalia in the development of oral and written language, taking into account the four general skills that are: Listening, Spiking, Reading and Writing, the ability to speak properly deserves special treatment because it is the sign of signals in communication and learning of reading and writing. The issue was conducted through a survey, observation sheet prepared previously. The problem was diagnosed through a situational analysis; the information was received from children and teachers. It was reached a diagnosis that indicates some influence of Dyslalia in the Development of Oral and Written Language for lack of strategies that help to develop the correct pronunciation of words.
