Тойм:The general objective of this research proposes Articulate 360 as an educational tool for the teaching and learning process of the subject of General Chemistry, specifically aimed at second semester students of the Pedagogy of Experimental Sciences of Chemistry and Biology degree. The problem of this research arises because the teachers of the National University of Chimborazo have not used Articulate 360 within the teaching and learning process, therefore, they are missing out on the advantages of this educational tool. The focus of this research was quantitative with a non-experimental design, descriptive and basic research. The type of study was cross-sectional, the population of this research was 31 second semester students; the technique used was a survey, thus the instrument was a questionnaire of 10 closed questions carried out through Microsoft Forms. The results showed that Articulate 360 is a viable tool for the teaching and learning process of General Chemistry because it allows the creation of interactive and visually attractive content, which favors autonomous learning and the understanding of concepts, definitions and functions. The customization of activities facilitates the adaptation of different learning styles. The creation of the E-Learning course, based on the PACIE methodology, has promoted a collaborative environment that enriches the teaching and learning process.
