סיכום: | The company "Carrocerías Megabuss" of Riobamba city, it has among its facilities with the assemblage plant model Golden, which is responsible for assembling the elements, built on the ground of parts and components, and also builds and makes assembly of those elements that are conducted under its responsibility. This does not have standards of time and motion, this tool lets regulate and organize production for each section of the productive process. That’s why there is a need for a study of processes, time and movement, in order to improve the productivity in the assembly plant model Golden. The support is based on the theories of the study of processes, times and movements; the research is addressed according to the type of application descriptive study with a study design field. The population was 44 workers who developed their activities within the plant, who manipulated the machinery, equipment, transportation and manufacturing the product. It was necessary to perform a diagnostic in order to understand and analyze the work of production staff at the assemblage plant; the process’ diagram of operation distribution and travel plant was formed; in addition three measurements of time of each activity is performed to increase the reliability of the results, and recorded in conditions time study, immediately processing and data analysis was performed and the results obtained, concluded that there is unproductive work time and rework, delaying production time and therefore affects productivity. The work was justified by drawing up a proposal for improvement, based on the results obtained, also has a technical reference for when another production line increases. |
