总结: | ABSTRACT: The research work "Human talent management and its impact on the work performance of the company Horizonte Inmobiliario CÍA. LTDA" has as its primary objective to determine human talent management and its incidence in work performance due to the last results shown the low productivity and results in sales that involves the human talent management and its collaborators. The research methodology used in this study was based on the hypothetical-deductive method, which was based on four steps for data collection, analysis, and interpretation; the study design was non-experimental. We worked with the universe of the population since they all make up the representative part of the sample, corresponding to the 15 people who are the collaborators of the company Horizonte Inmobiliario CÍA. LTDA. in the city of Riobamba. The results of the questionnaire presented and interpreted by the statistical program SPSS, using the ChiSquare test, show that the management of human talent impacts the work performance of the company Horizonte Inmobiliario CÍA. LTDA, that is to say, that the alternative hypothesis is approved, and the null hypothesis is rejected. |
