Итог: | The objective of this research was to demonstrate the anxiety levels in the students of the Psycho pedagogy career from the Faculty of Education, Human Sciences and Technologies. It starts from understanding that anxiety is an emotional state characterized by a subjective perception of feelings of fear in which situations are perceived as threatening, regardless of their real danger. Anxiety can be presented in three levels that are mild, moderate and severe. Methodologically, it has a qualitative approach, its design is non-experimental, the type of scope is descriptive, the objective is basic, the place is on field, the type of study is crosssectional. The sample was made up by 275 students from the Psycho pedagogy career. The psychometric test technique was used with its respective instrument, the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI); concluding that it was possible to demonstrate that there is anxiety in Psycho pedagogy students, from the first to the fourth semester, they present a moderate level, characterized by nervousness, restlessness, constant worry, physical symptoms such as palpitations, sweating, among others, appear at the same time; and students between the fifth and the eighth semester present a severe level of anxiety, in which people experience symptoms similar to the moderate level such as nervousness, insecurity, but also physical symptoms such as tachycardia, chest tightness, digestive problems, insomnia, among others are shown. Regarding the causes of anxiety, both groups of students coincide in social and environmental factors and also because of the economic situation, due to the lack of necessary resources, as well as professional stress that keeps them in constant worry for fear of failing in their work. and academically having to face the challenges of university life and what comes at the end of this stage of their lives. |
