| Tóm tắt: | The main purpose of this research study was to focus on Gamification which in recent years has been part of educational practices, where the teacher has used it as a necessary tool to teach their classes and school activities, being fundamental in the teaching-learning process to achieve significant changes in education. The main objective of this study was to analyze the impact of gamification on the learning of multiplication and division in the fourth year of Basic Education students of the "Unidad Educativa Hispanoamérica", Riobamba in the 2022-2023 school year. The research had a mixed approach because qualitative and quantitative techniques were used for data collection, with a non-experimental design and a descriptive scope, and the study was field, bibliographic, cross-sectional, and descriptive. For greater reliability of the information, the research instruments were validated by experts with the result of "Excellent". Likewise, the study was carried out with the total population of students, which amounted to 500 students; the fourth year of EGB was studied as a sample, with 23 students. The results show that the students have difficulties in solving mathematical problems, on the other hand, it is evident that the teacher only applies didactic games with physical material, which does not motivate or create interest in the students. Finally, teachers need to be more innovative when using tools not only with physical material but also with the application of the new technologies offered today in order to obtain better learning results. |
