Ltda.” sausage factory located in Riobamba town in the period of 2019, enterprises in general present irregularities to know the financial profitability, including the costs incurred for labor inclusion of several workers that make it up, therefore by cost-benefit analysis of workplace inclusion the general usefulness was demonstrated. The methodology used is deductive, because the information should be clear and objective as its technical form based on a general to a specific approach. It is a type of documentary research as well. In addition, the methods and techniques applied such as : analytical and descriptive meths. The Manager interview and the workers surveys were also used to get more information, developing conclusions and recommendations for LA IBÉRICA CIA. LTDA sausage factory in order to make the informed decisions and minimized costs. In relation to the population, workers with disabilities who are members of the workplace inclusion were considered, thus no sample existed, due to the tiny number of the population, this is how it sought to meet the objectives of this project, in conclusion the factory with no additional cost of labor inclusion, partially applying the current regulations. |
