Тойм:Kaizen's method promotes improvement thinking, stating that there is always a margin for reform; on the other hand, Agile Learning promotes dynamic, flexible learning focused on developing metacognitive skills. Such methodological strategies have yet to be implemented at the National University of Chimborazo. This research aimed to propose the Kaizen Method and Agile Learning as methodological strategies in the learning process of Inorganic Chemistry with third-semester students of the Pedagogy of Experimental Sciences, Chemistry and Biology, period 2023-2S. The methodology had a non-experimental design, bibliographic type, and field with a descriptive research level. For data collection, the survey was applied as a technique, and the questionnaire was used as an instrument; the study population comprised 32 third-semester students. As a result, the didactic guide "The DidActic Kemistry" was elaborated, which contributed to an attitude of constant improvement, focused on dividing the whole into small parts in composition stoichiometry, equations, and chemical reactions. According to the results obtained, these strategies strengthen critical thinking, reinforcing meaningful learning in the students.
