| Резюме: | The organizational climate refers to the qualities and conditions of the internal environment of an organization that results from the behavior of members and it serves to interpret situations and guide the activities of the organization. Work performance is the level of execution achieved by the worker in the accomplishment of the goals in a given time, so it is the most relevant strength with which an organization has and that allows to reach the goals set. The present research aims to know the impact of the organizational climate on the work performance of the Dirección Distrital 05D06 - Salcedo Educación, since drawing from the premise it is evident the need to carry out a study with the purpose of establishing steps for the improvement of this problematic. The methodology applied to the research is inductive and deductive since in applying the tests we will determine how the organizational climate affects the work performance through the collection, analysis and interpretation of the results obtained from the administrative staff of the Dirección Distrital 05D06 - Salcedo Educación; The sample population was constituted by 100% of the personnel of the Directorate, corresponding to 24 administrative between men and women. The technique that was used was the survey, and its instrument the Test of work performance and organizational climate. To the application of the Test of Work Performance and Organizational Climate and to perform the test of reliability and validity to establish the construct of the instrument and verify its applicability, the following conclusions were reached: Through the interpretation of results obtained from the performance test Labor, 91.7% is determined corresponding to a high level, so it is concluded that there is a good performance in the organization. With the obtained results from the test of organizational climate, 87.5% is determined corresponding to a high level, therefore it is concluded that the Dirección Distrital 05D06 maintains objectives and suitable ends. Through the research carried out, two new structural diagrams, representing the initial model and the proposed model in new dimensions were determined, this being the representative contribution of the Research on the Organizational Climate and the Work Performance. With the application of modifications in the physical and organizational environment will improve the organizational climate and work performance in the institution. |
