Shrnutí:This project is aimed to build a pulp extracting machine for citric and tropical fruits in order to implement it in the laboratory of Agro Industrial and Industrial Engineering, so that the students can be adapted to this machinery type and continue developing talents related to their activity, with the elements the machine has and its working process. In this project we used the analytical method for comparing and analyzing among many machines of this type, so we were able to choose the best option, in other words it is a semi-industrial machine, it has single phase blades. The logical inductive method helped us identifying every one of the elements, for example: the machine size, the motor efficiency estimation, etc. The logical deductive method was very important for the design of this semi-industrial machine for processing tropical and citric fruits, since after determining all of the characteristics that it must have, and developing the plans, we started building it.
