总结:The project presented below titled "Playful Activities and Stress in University Students" has as main objective to investigate the inpact of playful activities in the stress level of university students, in this work we used a critical-propositive research approach and an experimental design, in addition to a transversal character, this methodological approach has allowed to identify the effects of the program of playful activities on the stress of university students. The population defined for the research work is composed of students of the National University of Chimborazo and the sample is composed of 40 students of the Faculty of Education Sciences, Humanities and Technologies, Physical Activity and Sports Pedagogy career, the survey technique was used to collect the relevant data for the research through a questionnaire called Perceived Stress Scale using the Google Forms platform for its execution. Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS Statistics were used to analyze and process the data. The research results have shown that the students who were part of the intervention program reduced their level of perceived stress compared to those who were not part of the experimental group. From these results, it is necessary to present a program of activities for the students who were part of the intervention program. Based on these results, it is necessary to present a program of leisure activities for stress management among university students. In this program, a wide range of leisure activities is proposed, aimed at reducing the level of stress perceived by university students.
