Čoahkkáigeassu:The research, entitled "Neurodynamics of the median nerve as a treatment for cervical radicular pain. National University of Chimborazo, 2019”aimed to apply the technique of neural mobilization in the treatment of root cervical pain of the administrative staff of the National University of Chimborazo for the reduction of irradiated symptoms, with a population of 28 patients selected through an intentional process in probabilistic of the 221 evaluated administrative workers belonging to the Edison Riera Campus; Within the process for data collection, the methodology used was mixed with a type of descriptive, applicative, documentary, longitudinal, analytical and field research, where the intervention performed by applying the neurodynamic test of the median nerve, Spurling, Jackson compression test, modified gonimetric test and pain scale at neural tension during the evaluation period and neurodynamic mobilizations of the median nerve in treatment. At the end of the application, it was found that, of the female administrative staff, who spend their fourth decade of life or work in the secretariat have a higher predisposition to develop cervical radicular pain due to compression of the median nerve, due to the normal biological degenerative process, Inadequate position when carrying out their work and lack of mobility due to the prolonged stay in front of a compter.
