总结: | : This research is concerned with the crime of femicide and its impact on the judgments of the courts of criminal guarantees in the criminal justice unit based in the Riobamba Canton (Ecuador) for the time period of August to December 2014 and it is presented in four chapters.Chapter One is the referential framework which includes the problem statement, the research objectives, and the rationale and importance of the research problem. Chapter Two presents the theoretical framework, the facts that gave rise to the research problem, and the presentation of six sub-units:Unit I is concerned with aggravating, talking about aggravating, definition, purpose, types of aggravating, mandatory application of aggravating, and aggravating analysis in the Code of Organic Criminal Integral.Unit II presents the crime of femicide, sex, gender, and identity, historical review, the concept of femicide, characteristics, victim profiles, processing, and the issue of grief.Unit III is concerned with sentencing including sentence requirements, votes needed for sentencing, and reparation in the judgment execution.Unit IV reviews the effect of aggravating conditions and the sentencing for femicide, increased punishments with aggravated components which constitute the crime of femicide, increased penalties not constituting and aggravating the crime of femicide, and integral repair aspects.Unit V analyzes the judgment and international law aspects.Unit VI presents the hypothesis, variables, operationalization of variables, and the definition of basic terms.Chapter III is concerned with the research design, field research, research population, research samples, research techniques, and research tools for data collection.Chapter IV presents the research conclusions, recommendations, and bibliographical sources. |
